Zila Panchayat CEO Sandeep Makin, additional collector and deputy election officer Dinesh Jain, SDM DK Jain, deputy collector Chokikar, Mukesh Sharma and several other officials were present in the meeting.
Collector said that the officials should prepare videography of the candidates withdrawing their names in mandi election-2012.
Along with this the documents related to the identification of candidate or agent and supporter should be inspect properly then after confirmation should allow the candidate to fill withdrawal form.
In case when other person fills withdrawal form there should be authority letter of candidate along with counter foil. If candidate or his supporters complain about missing of counter foil then after police complaint receipt the process of withdrawal should be executed.
The officials also discussed on various points about arrangements during mandi elections.
